我们收集的信息 / Information we collect

当你提交诊断申请时，我们会收集称呼、邮箱、业务类型和问题描述。预约由 Cal.com 处理，并可能写入 Google Calendar。

When you request an audit, we collect your name, email, business type, and problem description. Bookings are processed by Cal.com and may be added to Google Calendar.

分析 / Analytics

只有在你选择允许后，Microsoft Clarity 才会收集页面访问、设备信息、点击、滚动和会话回放。表单字段会被屏蔽。你可以随时通过页脚的“分析设置”改变选择。

Microsoft Clarity loads only after you opt in. It may collect page visits, device information, clicks, scrolling, and session replay. Form fields are masked. You can change your choice from Analytics settings in the footer.

保存与权利 / Retention and rights

诊断线索通常保存不超过 12 个月，除非形成客户关系或法律要求更长时间。你可以通过诊断表单提交“隐私请求”，申请访问、更正或删除信息。

Audit leads are normally retained for no more than 12 months unless a client relationship or legal requirement needs longer retention. Submit a “privacy request” through the audit form to request access, correction, or deletion.
